The Answers You Need
IF MY STYLIST CANCELS WILL MY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?
Yes,In the event that a stylist has to cancel, a refund will be sent within 3 business days — ONLY if “the stylist cancels. Goes for any monetary issues.
WHAT IS THE GUIDELINE FOR RESCHEDULING?
When rescheduling you are only permitted to reschedule within a 2 week time spans that your original appointment was booked for. A reschedule is only allowed once without having to pay another deposit. If you choose to not show-up to your rescheduled appointment then your paid for deposit will be forfeited. As well as if I suggest a reschedule on my behalf and you agree, you may NOT later amend your decision in hopes of a refund. Absolutely NO REFUNDS on rescheduled appointments
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Duration times listed below is an estimate and can vary. Especially if your hair is thicker/longer than average, adding on any special services to your appointment and butt length or longer.If you’re tall, I suggest lengths longer than (Regular Length) for a complete look of longer braids.
